What is an Irrevocable Trust Agreement?

An Irrevocable Trust Agreement is a legal document that permanently transfers the assets into a trust managed by a trustee for the benefit of the beneficiaries. Unlike revocable trusts, once an irrevocable trust is established, the grantor cannot amend or terminate it without the consent of all beneficiaries, which offers asset protection and potential tax benefits.

Why organizations use an Irrevocable Trust Agreement

Organizations use Irrevocable Trust Agreements to protect assets from creditors, provide for loved ones, and establish a clear plan for asset distribution. Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

trying to learn what all of the features are with this program. We just purchased a corporate account for agents in our insurance office to use and we would be more than interested in a webinar on all the features

Create and save editable PDFs in one secure spot. Getting verified signatures with a time stamp is great.
What do you dislike?
I do not dislike anything. If I had to pick my least favorite thing, I’d say that sharing documents via is not as straight forward from the website. I usually save a local copy and email from that to avoid confusion.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Sending contracts for signatures to clients.
