If you need to complete forms, you need PDF filler My experience has been good, but I think that for people that don't need to complete a lot of forms per year, there should be a way to pay by form. I can complete any PDF form regardless where I got them from. This form can be saved, printed, and emailed. The user interface could be better and it could have more forms available.

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to upload documents and make the necessary changes to the documents that require modification. I have completed forms for students and uploaded signatures easily and have been able to successfully download documents as well. What do you dislike? I have noticed that sometimes when I upload a document that I previously edited using PDFFiller, it makes my signature super bold and not easily read. It changes the format automatically and I have to download a new document to upload and add a signature. It seems like once I utilize PDFfiller and download the document the format of the previous e-signature is no longer compatible. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? We had to provide e-signatures to international students on their I-20 documents and PDFfiller has been an integral part of that process. It has been very accommodating for me to upload documents and sign them electronically for students and then easily download them and email them back to the students.

I didn't realize how much use I would… I didn't realize how much use I would make of this program, or the range of functions that it offers. I just got the free-version at first because I needed a digital signature. But now, as an academic, I find I use it all the time to share and to sign documents: now that everything is online and we have limited contact, this has become more important. I can't say that I've mastered or even noticed all the file features this program offers, but almost every time I use it I discover something new. Well worth the money!
