I got confused a couple of times when using PDFfiller, but their customer support was outstanding; they immediately responded and were very helpful. PDFfiller is a solid solution for filling out yearly tax paperwork on my Mac. I'll be using it every year now.

Great experience, very useful at filling forms in PDF. Even the ability to include a signature and save documents. Very pleased and impressed with your tech support. Outstanding experience over all.

For the most part, it is a helpful tool. However, I will need to cancel my initial free subscription because one of the documents I would be using on a bi-weekly basis would be for payroll purposes. Unfortunately, when I scanned the document, I was not able to enter numbers in the fields. After several attempts, I checked the hardcopy document and it has a feature, which requires an applicant to fill in the document with a blue pen, something I was not aware of ahead of time. Evidently, the company had the documented protected to only read "handwritten", blue pen entries. I would be using the document as mentioned above for other candidates on a weekly basis and since this product, through no fault of its own, won't allow me to do that, it doesn't serve my business purposes.

I have tried a few other cloud based… I have tried a few other cloud based PDF Editors and PDFFiller is the most powerful and easiest to use. Their support has also been great when I had a billing question/issue.

Everything you need PDFwise This is a one-stop shop for all your PDF needs, whether it be for editing, finding the right template for the job or even just signing a PDF document. The software is the one you need. It is easy to use, with no hassle of going to other programs just to get your document edited. You get tons of work done in half the time. What you pay for is what you get but it is worth it and for you to operate this software to the full capacity you have to learn about it, in the long run, knowledge is power.

Great program Great program. Let's you edit PDF, sign documents, send documents to clients or other persons to sign electronically. Also gives access (at least my package) to some limited legal forms which is helpful. Would highly recommend.

The features are unmatched and the customer service has been outstanding! Anytime I have requested online support, I have received immediate and very detailed attention to help guide me through any feature, tutorial, description even with the ability to share templates or files and have customer support advise on any possible questions. This is what we've been looking for for all of our fillable forms and for obtaining e-signatures and it's at the best price point for businesses! Very excited to learn and use more of the features with PDFfiller!

An MSA (which can also be called a managed services contract, or a management service agreement) is an agreement between a managed services provider (MSP) and a client. The contract defines which services the MSP will provide, the minimum amount of time for a response, payment structure, and liability protection.
MSP contracts can vary in duration, depending on the needs of both the MSP and the client. Typically, MSP contracts fall into two main categories: short-term and long-term contracts. Short-term contracts typically last for one year or less, and they are typically used for specific projects or temporary needs.
A: Both documents can be referred to as an MSA. However, Managed Services Contracts are specifically for Managed Services. A Master Services Agreement can instead be used for a wider range of projects whilst still providing a foundation of terms and conditions.
Managed services is the practice of outsourcing the responsibility for maintaining, and anticipating need for, a range of processes and functions, ostensibly for the purpose of improved operations and reduced budgetary expenditures through the reduction of directly-employed staff.
A Managed Services Agreement provides a framework under which you can organize, define, and present your service offering to clients. By defining your offering within a Managed Services Agreement you create a structure that gives MSPs a repeatable way to scale their business while increasing profitability.
A managed services provider (MSP) is an outsourced third-party company that takes on the ongoing, day-to-day responsibilities, monitoring, and maintenance of a range of tasks and functions for another company – their customer.
What is an MSP contract or a managed service agreement? In the IT and tech world, an MSP contract is also known as Managed Service Agreement (MSA). It is an agreement between the service provider and the client regarding the services the MSP will provide to its client.
