Most of the help directions are outdated, but I did finally figure it out after a lot of wasted time. I DO like the program in general and love being able to convert and save in a different format.

I don't have any major concerns. The only small problem I've had is regarding character recognition from scanned pdfs. Sometimes it is not entirely accurate. Though it is manageable for me.
