Payment went through via another card but only after the bank got my OK as it seems your company has some "black marks" and perhaps inadvertent links to some known fraudsters.

PDF filler has been a life saver! So many times I have been required to fill out documents that most would typically print out, fill by hand, scan, and email back. PDF filler has allowed me to save time by being able to fill out the forms digitally, tremendously increasing my productivity and turn around time. All documents are neat and professional-looking, including my digital signature! Initially I was unsure about whether or not it was worth spending the money on PDF filler b/c I wasn't sure how often I would be using it, but now I would definitely say it's worth it! I feel that it was inappropriate and a bit shady to let a customer edit the PDF and then hit them with the credit card ask. Maybe let them do a test for 15m or something.

The level of communication the team has… The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. pdfFiller provides what it offers-you… pdfFiller provides what it offers-you can add text, and signs (such as the check sign where applicable on boxes) and there are a lot of other features to share the document, from email to links etc. Best part is that it doesn't alter the original PDF format.

It would be beneficial to be able to… It would be beneficial to be able to download or email document prior to signing so that it can be shared with attorneys or anyone else that will assist with reviewing the document prior to signing.
