Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.

cancelled as a gesture of goodwill I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised. What do you like best? It is very easy to use. You can move/resize text, revise previously changed documents, add digital or scanned signatures, and then share it by email, SMS, fax, etc. If I was going to design such a service, this is how I would do it. What do you dislike? The only dislike I suppose is the small annual fee; only thing I can think of. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the trial offer What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I get alot of paper forms to fill out, intended to be completed by hand. But pdfFiller allows me to type on any form, after it has either been uploaded or scanned, and it looks very professional. Nothing can make the document better.
