Saving, exporting, and sharing documents made with the job description generator

Once your job listing is complete, pdfFiller allows you to save and export your document in various formats. You can save it as a PDF for professional distribution or export it to Word for further editing. I completed the first PDF form and it was a little tough maneuvering through the documents, savings. It was a little disingenuous to wait until I was finished to document to find out that I would be billed annually as apposed to monthly, when the advertising gave the amount payable monthly.

The system worked very nicely overall. I have uploaded several documents now and found it very nice for completing PDF and Pre-made fillable Word documents as well. I only had one minor glitch the first time I used it, but have not seen it repeated in several usages since. Overall I would definitely recommend this if you have to regularly fill and edit forms.

I would like it a little more clear about blank forms and saving filled-in form...little confusing...I find myself deleting from one form to prepare anothe

I am looking for a company wide solution that works for us to electronically fill out pool construction contracts and then have customers sign them and notify our accounting department of the signed contracts

I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

What do you like best?
I use Quickbooks and have to send out 1099NT which is not a capability in Quickbooks. 1099 forms must be scannable and I can purchase the printed forms and fill it out on PDFfiller. I can then print on the scannable forms and they are perfectly aligned. Saves time and money. Also, I like the fact that I can create a template so I don't have to re-type the same company information, tax numbers, etc. The product is easy to use.
What do you dislike?
I don't really dislike anything about PDFfiller. Other than maybe the fact that I probably don't use it enough to offset the cost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use - I intended to use for a month and then cancel, but I ended up keeping it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I mostly use for 1099NT's as mentioned above. I really need to explore!
