I really like the program however I do no like the fact that you have to pay extra to verify a signature. I believe this should be included in the basic pricing.

PDFfiller is full featured and extremely easy to use. You can add text, images, highlights and shapes with just a few clicks, and position what you add exactly where you want it to be. Who could ask for more from a PDF product? I mean, try doing those things with Adobe Acrobat and you'll quickly see how much easier it is to do with PDFfiller.

The experience was good, glad to be able to complete a 'Regie du logement' lease online and to maintain our paperless way of working. The text box takes more time than I'd like to align.

I love PDF Filler I love PDF Filler. It took some getting used to but once I figured it, I cant function without it! No printing, no waiting for mail to show up. Turn any document into a PDF, fill it out, signature and all and go straight to Noterize for a 10 minute video Noterization followed by Fax in PDF Filler and ITS DONE! No printing, no scanning, no fax machine, no trip to the bank. and I can store ALL of my business docs safely to be emailed, noterized, faxed, sent by UPS, send to have someone else complete and return, share with multiple people...Even make make your own forms or turn an existing form into a template. Its future times... ACTUAL PAPERLESS SYSTEM! My only issue was the learning curve, It isn't exactly intuitive at first but it also doesn't take too many sessions to really figure it out.

User Friendly So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.

Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it. Wonderful tool for business. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I receive documents often from vendors, customers and regulators that require downloading and filling out. PDFfiller makes this so simple. Download, send to pdfFiller and fill out (often sign), done.

Great to use Great to use, but wish the font/size/color of text would always remain as the original was during editing existing text, or at least show what that information is to the user.

What should be included in a retainer agreement? 1) Parties. The first part of the agreement should simply state which parties are involved. 2) Services. Next up, list out the services that are included in this agreement. 3) Term. 4) Retainer fee. 5) Scope of work. 6) Client responsibilities. 7) Confidentiality. 8) Termination.
In conclusion, retainer agreements offer numerous benefits, such as stable income, long-term client relationships, and predictability. However, they also come with potential disadvantages, including limited client flexibility and the risk of complacency.
A retainer agreement is a long-term work-for-hire contract between a company and a client that retains ongoing services from you (as a consulting business) and provides you with a stable amount of payments.
A retainer for a lawyer is a fee paid upfront by the client to secure the services of an attorney. It essentially "reserves" the time and expertise of a lawyer, making them accessible to the client for an agreed-upon time. The amount of the retainer fee can vary and may be a flat fee or an hourly rate.
While retainer agreements have many benefits, there are potential disadvantages to consider. Clients may feel locked into a long-term commitment, limiting their flexibility to explore other service providers.
Retainers are fees paid in advance for legal services. The fee agreement and fee are slightly different depending on why you hire the attorney. A general retainer is an arrangement for a period of time. You pay for the attorney's time in advance so they can answer legal questions and assist when needed.
About retainer fees With this type of agreement, the client would be billed additionally for the legal work that is done. If the fee agreement is a nonrefundable retainer agreement, you may not be able to get your money back, even if the lawyer does not handle your case or complete the work.
The goal of a retainer is to provide your clients with ongoing access to your agency's services. Furthermore, with a retainer agreement, agencies can offer their services at discounted prices to improve client retention. Exactly how much depends on the type of retainer you offer—which we will discuss further.
