I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. I've tried other free services in this same manner and they were just too difficult to work with when I'm in a hurry. With this program, I clicked on the application, it downloaded, and I started filling in my info! No learning curve AT ALL.

The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.
What do you dislike?
The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a quick out of the box product, overall very intuitive and easy to use.

The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.
What do you dislike?
I don't think there is anything to dislike. When my company paid for me to have this I felt like I was in Heaven!

If you are having issues getting signatures with your drivers- look no further! This is it! So easy to use and send and Drivers can send the signed documents back!

We have a lot of vendors that work outside of the office so having a system where they can sign electronically is such an awesome feature!
