I have not been able to figure out how to use my mouse and just scroll/roll thru the doc. I have to go to the left and click on page 2, to get to page 2, I can't just use the roller on the mouse to move.

jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion. This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements, hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here! Billing, invoices and subscription Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

Even Adobe editor couldn't help I needed to change one document and even adobe software couldn't help. The only possible way was to sign up for a free trial. I forgot to end the trial and when I was charged, I contacted the support centre and they return me my money straight away. Very happy with the product and their support service. Would be happy for an option to pay for a single-use, as I'm editing pdf files only a few times per year.
