We are using ours online and sometimes you have to wait to do what you want. I have a feeling that it can be faster.

Now I use almost everything they offer. I like that I do not need to download and upload the document back. I would like to print the document immediately after editing. Honestly, I used this service for one day. I did the whole hoopla, signing up for the service, getting my PDF's and documents taken care of, then went in to cancel my free trial. Well, something went wrong, and I was charged for a full year that I didn't want. But the reason they get 5 stars instead of zero-- they voided the charge same day that I emailed them. They weren't worried about pinching pennies, they were worried about being a good business and doing the right thing. That's a 10/10 in my book. What do you like best? It has the main features that I'm looking for: I can upload a pdf, add text, remove text, blackout text, etc. It also allows e-signatures. What do you dislike? The process to download files is a little tedious. You have to single-click on the file from a list, then the program takes you to a new page to rename and choose the download location. But if you accidentally double-click on the file, the file will open instead. I've been using this program for years and it still takes me way too long to download a file. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use pdfFiller to fill out forms for work. I used to have to print these forms, complete them by hand, then scan them and shred them. With this program we get to eliminate the use of paper and save time.

Easy addition This product has been very helpful for my needs. I like the ease of searching for a form, in my case an insurance form, and then filling in. The program makes it easy to edit boxes and save forms. The software is a little slow... there is a significant lag time opening each document, as well as saving and printing.

I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I dont need a *** form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my ****** account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a *** form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.
