I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

I like the fact that live Customer service is always there to guide you if there's a problem.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike if when a large corporation wants a form filled out and you use PDF Filler they come back and tell you their shop uses Adobe Acrobat and to please fill out the form once again using Adobe.

I have not even touched its full use of tools capabilities yet. Every day is a learning curve for me. Me and a friend started up plumbing and heating business and to cut back on overhead i took on the second job at night of doing the books until we can afford a book keeper. Bought the latest Microsoft Office and I am pulling my hair out doing spread sheets , invoices, job proposals, payroll and still have hardly learned a fraction of Offices capabilities. Excel,Word, One Note, Outlook, Access just mentioning the ones i use most. One thing i find hard to do is work with and understand is all the file formats and what one and when to use them. The one i use most is PDF . This program PDF FILLER has made my life so much easier and cut my time in Half. Once i put it in PDF format i couldn't Edit the work. Life is so much better I probably will not go bald now!
