Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

I am just learning about this program. So far it is easy and appears secure. I have initially been using the redaction/ blackout feature for several PDF files that I am sending to a client and it has been very effective. I am impressed with the "save" feature in that it allows you to save the edited file in a different format, I.e. Word.

Excellent tools Excellent tools. I tried it today on one form on free trial. I won't carry on with the subscription because I find the prices really high and I rarely need this type of service. Also, I don't like the deceiving ways of this business where they make you believe it's all free with no commitments until after you've spent the time to edit the document. When you try to download or print etc that's when you are stopped and asked to choose a subscription and give your bank details.

I have always had difficulty with filling out a form on line, whether that be saving or having the fields stay filled out if I did not complete the form at that time. I am still in the trial timeline which is clearly displayed as to how many more days I have left in the trial. These nuances are so beneficial and not at all typical, they provide a much higher quality to the service and there is nothing I can't find or is provided that I could need later that is not right at my fingertip or click of the mouse.
