I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I will now have the inconvenience of having to cancel the subscription, since this is the last time I need to perform this function.

Excellent experience with the program. There are no problems with the age and the possibility of transformation, since it is not the Portuguese domain that is necessary for my work. Very good indeed.

User Friendly Site! I was thrilled to find a site that would allow me to modify PDF files. Furthermore, being able to save and share the files, once I modified them was extremely helpful. Overall, I found the whole site to be very user friendly.

Great product and full refund when cancelled before trial ended I took out the trial and paid 2 x €1.25 installments. I used the product which was the best I found especially given you can edit PDFs with it. I cancelled after a few hours and both payments were refunded as promised. I would have been happy to pay a single use fee for this service but the subscription is too much for my once off use case

I mistakenly did not cancel the trial… I mistakenly did not cancel the trial period and was billed for a year's subscription. When I wrote to the support team, they immediately cancelled the subscription with a full refund. Even though the mistake had been mine, there was no lengthy questioning about how it happened or extra surcharges or the like. I very much appreciated their professionalism in meeting my needs.

Mediation agreements should spell out decisions, intentions and future behavior so participants leave with a clear understanding of each other's expectations. Written agreements have a psychological effect, and increase the likelihood that the settlement will be adhered to over time.
What Should Be Included in a Settlement Agreement? Identifying information for all involved parties. A description of the issue you're seeking to settle. An offer of resolutions that both parties agree to. Proof of valid consideration from both parties without coercion or duress. Legal purpose.
A settlement agreement from a court-ordered mediation is legally binding and enforceable by the court. If the other party attempts to get out of paying what they agreed to or fulfilling their obligations per the contract, a judge can step in to force the defendant to comply.
If a full or partial agreement is reached, all resolved issues must be written down and all parties in the dispute and their attorneys (if appearing at the mediation) must sign. If, there is only a partial agreement that means there are still issues to be resolved by the court.
Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, section 720.311(2)(b), Florida Statutes, requires that the parties share the costs of presuit mediation equally, including the fee charged by the mediator.
While settlement and mediation are often discussed together, they are different concepts. Settlement is the goal of mediation, but mediation will not always guarantee a settlement.
Stage 6: Closure. If the parties reach an agreement, the mediator will likely put its main provisions in writing and ask each side to sign the written summary of the agreement.
Settlement: The Agreement is Binding Assuming the case settles at mediation, clients must understand that the Mediation Settlement Agreement is a binding contract that can be enforced in a court of law and that the parties may not later change their minds.
