I have been trying to cancel my… I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel. I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. I never used the program, just must have been sleep working. Anyhow, I was so surprised when I got the notification that I had just bought a year subscription. I was beating myself up and trying to figure out how I could be so unaware. I first tried to call. The phone was endlessly busy, I thought wow I just lost $122 (I paid in Canadian funds). Anyhow, I thought I may as well try sending an email. I could not believe it!!!! The response was almost immediate. Max, took care of everything. He issued a refund, and let me know he had cancelled any future subscription. I was in absolute shock. If I had a need for pdfFiller, in that moment, I would have signed up for years.
