I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

I had some slight issues on my 1st… I had some slight issues on my 1st attempt as there were fields in different locations than a previous edition of this form, but easily was able to correct the overwriting of several fields. Worked beautifully on several previous (new) documents.

So far it has delivered on it's… So far it has delivered on it's promises. Easy to use. Affordable. Customer Service is lacking helping with billing and establishing business account, but the product itself is great.

Needed an online PDF editor for contracts, works better than expected! I can sign and edit PDF files anytime, anywhere. The availability of it from any device, anywhere. All the platforms are great both the web and local apps. Sometimes it's laggy because it runs online but I suppose that's the tradeoff of having it available everywhere.

A very easy to use program A very easy to use program, though you are forced to sign up for free trial if you want to print any documents. It did what I required, so cant complain. Just would prefer it to notify of unable to print unless joined up for 30 day trial before I spent 4 hours working on translation document.

Contracts Are Subject to Copyright Protection But legally speaking, contracts can be subject to copyright protection as well. If you're asking whether you need a lawyer to draft a contract, legally, the answer is no. Anyone can draft a contract on their own and as long as the elements above are included and both parties are legally competent and consent to the agreement, it is generally lawful.
