I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. I signed up for the free trial and was… I signed up for the free trial and was able to amend 2 documents with ease.If I had the kind of life that required me to need further amendments in this way, this service is absolutely one I would use. Thing is, I just don't, so I didn't sign up after the free trial! Had a little difficulty cancelling the subscription, but honestly - I think that was 'on me', I just wasn't entirely sure what I was doing.However, it's a great service and the company responded to my concern when the subscription fee was taken by emailing me back and confirming that they would be refunding the cost. So, I think you can trust this company.

Excellent product never had an issue so can't tell you what support is like. Upload, fill and print Quick and easy to work with. Have used other pdf products and this is best for the price. Easy of use and no software to download. Cloud storage is great my documents are all stored where I know they are for future modifications. Worry about encryption and security of stored documents but most of my work is not confidential so that is one reason I use it.

Over the top excellent customer service First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!!
