Love the concept and the ease of working with documents. Had a little difficulty with submitting payment but one of your online folks (Anne) searched and assisted. All is good!

trying to find the right form that was not already filled out. Also you need to add the ability to erase to the lowest membership level. You can do a couple of things such as restrict the number of new forms per month, offer a 1-5 form only fee, or only a 1 month membership fee. In the past 3 years I've used this service only twice now as I am not a business.

I originally subscribed to the website confused about how much the yearly subscription cost. I was able to cancel my subscription, get a refund and finish up working on my documents. All in all, after the 30 days free is up, I think I will subscribe to the 19.99$/month. Very helpful site and service!

NDAs are generally required when two companies enter into discussions about doing business together but want to protect their interests and the details of any potential deal.
You do not need a lawyer to create and sign a non-disclosure agreement. However, if the information you are trying to protect is important enough to warrant an NDA, you may want to have the document reviewed by someone with legal expertise.
There are three types of NDAs: unilateral, bilateral, and multilateral. Read on to learn when you should use each type. You'll also learn how to use a contract management tool like Ironclad to draft and manage them.
A 3-Way Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), also known as a Tripartite Non-Disclosure Agreement, is a legal contract that involves three parties. This agreement is designed to protect confidential and sensitive information that is shared among these parties.
NDAs are enforceable once signed, provided they have been drafted and executed properly. Unilateral NDAs need only the signature of the receiving party, whereas mutual non-disclosure agreements need the signatures of both parties.
NDAs may be unilateral disclosure (one-way) where only one party is disclosing confidential or bilateral/multilateral (two-way or multi-party) where all the parties involved may be disclosing confidential information.
In contrast, a mutual NDA, or two-way NDA, involves a shared exchange of confidential information between two parties. So unlike a one-way NDA, where only one party shares sensitive information, a mutual NDA has a double obligation with both parties committed to protecting each other's confidential information.
