Have been using PDF filler for about a week. We decided to use it for our company because it was secure, had all the functionality and more than competitors. It was also had a better price point for our purposings.

it does important essential legal functions in ways that work but are somewhat visually disorienting and that are provided through a user-insensitive, extortive pricing model. The fact that PayPal has removed you from their approved subscription list may be entirely technical but it does not inspire confidence.

Start out with the trial. I think you will be impressed enough to purchase.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
For us it has eliminated the need to download, then print a document, fill out the blank fields, then scan it and email it to the requestor.

5 Practical Tips for Creating a Non-Executive Director (NED) CV Use a Professional Layout. Demonstrate Your Board Value & Strategic Vision. Highlight Your Board & Governance Experience. Showcase Board Aligned Competencies and Soft Skills. Tailor Your Non-Executive Director CV to the Role.
NEDs should be chosen with regard to the balance of skills and experience on the board and with a view to supporting any areas that might be lacking.
NEDs should conduct themselves in a manner that does not damage or undermine the reputation of the organisation, or its staff individually or collectively and should not take part in any activity which is in conflict with the objectives or which might damage the reputation of the organisation.
They are not employed by the company but act as independent advisors or directors to help the company achieve its goals. They are involved in policymaking and planning exercises and routinely monitor the company's executive directors to ensure they act in the interest of corporate stakeholders.
As a function of their leadership role, non-executive directors are required to embody certain key values. This includes using their past experience to mentor others during new ventures. They are also responsible for keeping the executive directors and the entire board accountable.
Non-executive director appointments often require formal approval by the board of directors or shareholders. The board may vote on the appointment during a board meeting, and shareholders may have the opportunity to vote on NED appointments during general meetings.
In SMEs, NEDs are typically interviewed by the existing board members, both executive and non-executive, while larger companies may have a dedicated nomination committee, selected from their main board. Typically, you will be invited for first and second interviews which are ordinarily in a Q&A panel format.
How to appoint a non-executive director The director-to-be should sign a letter of consent confirming that they are coming on board as a director, and in particular – a non-executive director (this letter needs to be kept with the register of directors) Agree on the appointment via the passing of an ordinary resolution.
