I thought it was great & easy to use. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was I would have liked to have known I had to buy a subscription before I could print my document. I probably won't need to use it again in the foreseeable future.

Helpful Tool I had been trying to send off some release forms and was crunched for time so I signed up for PDFFiller's free trial. In the end, I wasn't able to use their software without a purchase, but it made me almost wish I had paid the money. I like that I can sign any document electronically. It definitely saves time and printing costs. It cuts out about 2 extra steps: printing and scanning. This is helpful for documents that need signatures such as release forms, etc. I didn't like how much I had to pay in order to use my e-signed pdf. I don't use the software often enough to make it worth the price. However, if I worked regularly with documents that needed to be signed this software would be the very best solution.

I tried this site and it does… I tried this site and it does everything it says it does! It ended up that I didn’t need their service, though, and they were super nice and honest, helping me to cancel. They were great to deal with and I recommend them!

Great but just too expensive Great but just too expensive. Especially considering we are already subscribed to so many other SaaS, this feels over priced.

It's fine so far, I double checked for accuracy off of the tax tables and it calculated correctly which is a positive for me and very helpful and a huge timesaver to know it is accurate and reliable

According to the CDC, a collaborative practice agreement should include these parts: Explanation of the purpose of the agreement. A list of the parties to the agreement. The patients who are included in the agreement (either a specific list of patients or a group of patients) Care functions authorized by the agreement.
In California, the collaborative practice agreement between a Nurse Practitioner (NP) and a physician must include "standardized procedures," which are agreements on the scope of practice and protocols for patient care. These procedures are crucial for NPs to legally collaborate with physicians within the state.
A collaborative practice agreement is a written statement that defines the joint practice of a physician and an APN in a collaborative and complementary working relationship. It provides a mechanism for the legal protection of the APN and sets out the rights and responsibilities of each party involved.
In Pennsylvania, nurse practitioners (NPs) may diagnose medical conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, order and perform diagnostic tests, and deliver other health care services, pursuant to a written collaborative agreement with a licensed physician.
ing to the CDC, a collaborative practice agreement should include these parts: Explanation of the purpose of the agreement. A list of the parties to the agreement. The patients who are included in the agreement (either a specific list of patients or a group of patients) Care functions authorized by the agreement.
Independent practice with a safety net: This license allows you to practice independently, but you must operate within a facility that has at least one practicing physician (MD) or surgeon (DO) accessible.
Restricted Practice: State requires supervision, delegation, or team management by a physician in order for NPs to provide patient care, and limits NP engagement in at least one element of NP practice.
"In Pennsylvania, nurse practitioners are required to have a collaborative agreement, which means they must find two physicians who sign on to a paper agreement saying they will be available for collaboration should the nurse practitioner require that," Laskoskie said.
