I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

Easy Auto-Renew Subscription Refund Like most sites that offer small services with yearly or monthly subscriptions, you most likely run into the "auto renew subscription" headache. While it is frustrating (as this happened to me with PDFfiller), it is always nice to have a little forgiveness. Before I disputed the transaction with my bank I "calmly" contacted PDFfiller support asking if I could be refunded for this un-consented transaction of $72. It only took 5 mins with customer support to give me a full refund. And for that hasty/easy relief they gave me (as well as a refund with no questions asked) I give them 5 stars. Also, not to mention, it is a great PDF filling software.

How to modify the text was not something I was able to do through erasing. Maybe using PDFfiller more often will help me maneuver the site with time.

For some reason, there is a disconnect. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you have customizations and processes you wish to conform E-signature function in your documents, PDF Filler is a great tool. Great for contract-heavy and approval-required documents for our business. Great for folks who have medium to advanced level of word processing abilities and technical capabilities with graphic apps. If that's you, you will be a quick study. If you find it dificult to work in a Word document or Powerpoint or other types of programs, this app will have a learning curve for you. I can merge multiple documents. It has streamlined processes in our business to get paid faster and run more efficiently.

I love that pdfFiller.com has a vast selection to search through, although it can be frustrating to find what you are looking for because even when you change the search information, the same ones pull right back up. The price is fair if you use it daily or at least 3 times a week, which I don't but I use it frequently enough since there is no cheaper option than the monthly rate.
