What do you like best?
The ability to easily sign documentation, and have these pages sent directly to their intended recipients from one location. That it is cloud based and it's easy ability to integrate with our existing customer support solutions and office365
What do you dislike?
Their is very little to dislike by this platform, but the ability to add multiple sources for example if I want to print and email a copy of a document at once would be good. It's quite clunky at the moment, requiring us to save and then go back into the system and request print when we need a hard copy of the documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use, and very competitive pricing. If you compare this product with the more expensive competition it does all of the same things but at considerable less cost. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone looking at obtaining signatures or sharing documentation via the cloud. The control panel is very innovative and makes requesting/creating documentation very easy for end users.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have literally saved countless reams of paper and many man hours through using this software. Documents can be electronically signed, and sent and you can even request a signature for documents. Collaborating with staff and end users is made very easy through the user interface that is provided and you can easily see which users have signed the documentation or even request reminders when documents remain in a pending state.

Price of a subscription. (Being forced to write 40 characters or more is absurd.) Also, the survey is too long and time consuming.

Would be helpful if png's were accepted and converted to pdf's.

Had one problem a long time ago, which was quickly resolved by a PDFiller staffer.

I like being able to edit and/or fill-in .PDF documents. I also like that I can retrieve documents that I have previously worked on.
What do you dislike?
I'd like to be able to change the font in the text option, as it doesn't always look right if mismatched.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm not sure how I first heard of PDF FILLER, but am I ever glad that I found it. My advice would be to try it out and see if it suits your needs. I like many of its features, especially the left pane that shows the document pages, and the ability to select only those that you want to include in a print or save maneuver.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
One use that I have for the program is for one of our telecommuter workers - so that she can enter details on employee time cards, and it looks better than handwriting in notes. Uploading the documents she needs is a breeze, and the program alerts me to activity, for example, when she emails the documents to us for distribution.

It is my alternative for quick editing of pdf documents I edit PDF documents quickly It's software is quite intuitive. It is easy to handle. To fill out forms is great. Also to add the signatures to the documents Once I wrote to technical support and I'm still waiting for an answer. It's the only negative I can say. Easy to use online PDF editor This is an easy to use app, which allows the editing of PDF files from any source with multiple tools to work on any pdf document of the company, it is a solution for filling out forms, it allows inserting comment or image. I can also combine, divide and reorder, cut, place header and footer, watermark text or image in my documents and has a preview panel. As it is an online editor it does not consume resources on my pc and it is compatible with all browsers You can edit documents from any device but it is mandatory to have an internet connection to use it, so you can not have it as the only editing tool.

I started with pdfFiller almost a week… I started with pdfFiller almost a week ago, and tried to get support on and off. The Live Chat didn't work, so I was emailing, but the emailing didn't really work as I would wait for a response, and when I got a response, I was working on something else. But the Live Chat did work today. The first person was trying to help, but I didn't know how to do a screenshot and he got tired of waiting for me to do it and ended the chat. Then, I got KARA, who was fantastic. She did a Zoom meeting and showed me how to do everything I want. I am so relieved that I understand how to fix my problems, and I was just about to give up until Kara got on the Live Chat. She was patient and informative. She is a rock star!
