It would be a fully completed utility if it included options for arranging/rearranging pages in PDF files. If it has that feature I am unable to find it. With this feature I'd rate it 5 stars.

It was easy to use however I believe as a snowbird they should have another way to fill out the 8840 without having to sign up for this form filler. As it turns out we tried to fill out on line and the signature part wouldn't work. We ended up printing out the form and filling it by hand and mailing it in.

Easily Add and Delete Pages From PDFs PDFfiller has saved me a lot of time combining PDFs and adding/deleting pages. Definitely a must have software. I like that I can easily add and delete pages from PDFs. They also make it super easy to combine PDFs together. Overall, very happy with the platform.
