I'd rather pay per document. I don't need the subscription and will likely cancel after this transaction. Consider offering a cheap per-page service in the future.

The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

Does everything a PDF editor should, except when a signature placement is required. The signature is squeezed into a field that miniaturizes the graphic.

Great functionality, may need some better guidance on how to do various tasks from the very basic and simple (extract a single table into excel) to the most advanced

duplicate pages I like being able to duplicate pages, that was super helpful. It was easy to add the text boxes where I needed them. The only trouble is in downloading the document to my regular google drive. Wish that was more straight forward.

AWESOME SOFTWARE Great software, the only challenge I had was the sign in process. I have had a few accounts as I had challenges signing in and ended up making additional accounts. This could be user error but I am sure others have had this issue also.

Good company with awesome products Good company with awesome products. Also, I even tried once to get a job as a product designer, but no luck. But that didn't change my attitude towards their digital products.

The main steps in writing a training plan are: Identify training needs. Assess your staff's current skills and knowledge. Set clear objectives. Define what you want to achieve with the training. Choose appropriate training methods. Develop training materials. Schedule training sessions. Establish evaluation metrics.
The numbers 6-12-25 represent the number of repetitions in each set, so the method is six reps followed by 12 reps followed by 25. Crucially, the number of reps should also affect the weight, so six reps is a weight you can just about lift six times, rep number six should feel barely achievable, and so on.
As you design your fitness program, keep these points in mind: Think about your fitness goals. Make a balanced routine. Start slow and go forward slowly. Build activity into your daily routine. Plan to include different activities. Try high-intensity interval training. Allow time for recovery. Put it on paper.
Creating a basic training program design template Step 1: Categorize all strength exercises into movement patterns. Step 2: Create your training session. Step 3: Determine your client's training frequency. Step 4: Choose your exercises and reps appropriately. Step 5: Establish rest periods. Individualizing the program.
The 6-12-25 method is where you do three exercises in a row for the same muscle group using minimal rest between those exercises. The program is split into four workouts and covers the entire body over a 4-day split. The format is simple – You start with three exercises (A1, A2, and A3).
“The main benefit of this model, and why everyone is talking about it, is that it's such a well-rounded approach. The ranges come with different effects—in the set of six, you're lifting a heavier weight, bringing strength. The set of 12 brings muscle building, the set of 25 creates endurance and helps fat loss.”
But we do know that combining the entire rep continuum in a training program can offer exceptional results. 6-12-25 is an excellent way to take advantage of varying rep ranges. Each training block is essentially a low, medium, and high rep set for all of the major muscle groups.
The Reps scheme hits on all three components of hypertrophy and overall fitness. 6 reps for strength development, 12 reps for muscle building, and 25 reps for conditioning and mental fortitude.
