I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I don’t need a PDF form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my PayPal account I called immediately. You can move/resize text, revise previously changed documents, add digital or scanned signatures, and then share it by email, SMS, fax, etc. If I was going to design such a service, this is how I would do it.
