I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. It was wonderful to use so I didn't… It was wonderful to use so I didn't have to go to town to fill out the particular paperwork i needed to turn in. The only negative was I thought I was in a 30-day free trial period, and I was charged two separate charges, though they were very small, but yet I was charged.

it's been satisfactory so far how ever with the limitations i can't justify the cost especially the requiired annual payment in which i can't afford at this time and the use of the product will be limited and not on a consistent basis therefore i can't pay the annual fee at one time

Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.
