This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. This software is great! It not only makes it easy to add text, but also has a lot of additional functionality such as the ability to create links for others to fill in information on samesaid documents, etc.
I loved using this program and I don't mind (too much) paying for it, but at age 78 I don't fill out enough forms t5o justify the expense of subscribing. What about a per use fee?

There are many companies that can only access documents in .pdf format so we can edit the documents and send them efficiently using PDFfiller.
It takes a while to learn to edit documents properly.
Enjoyable and functional.
Ease of use, functionality, and security features. I like the automatic lock out for the encryption and I enjoy the accuracy in identifying areas that need to be filled out.
That I cannot move folders within folders under the encrypted area. I would like to be able to drag folders into other folders. I would also like to merge more than 5 documents at a time.

Pdfiller Allows me to quickly complete documents and get them back to people and fax them in a timely manner without having to fumbling around with scanning documents

No downsides other than other people at my work don't use pdffiler and are slow to get there things done

The problem of needing to complete and fax/email forms. I realized I should have never been hand completing this. Also bc I copy and paste I don't have to write a lot
