I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. I think if I am going to do this often, I will love to purchase this software. Thanks.

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. Just what I have been looking for Just what I have been looking for. Very easy to operate once you get the swing of it. Typing over erasures may be a bit tricky, but you have to insert text in a blank space and then you will be abe to move your text over the erasure without any difficulty.

In the middle of a one-time need to fill-in an online PDF form, I apparently signed up for a monthly subscription to PDFfiller, and my ****** account was billed. I contacted the PDFfiller support group, and explained that I had no recurring need for the software, and didn't realise that I had ended up subscribed to it. The support person promptly issued a refund to my account at ******, and cancelled further billing. PDFfiller is a very good organization to deal with, and an honest company. Should a relevant need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.

It's great. Noticed some glitches on the forms, e.g. the text-in-th middle selection populates horizontally instead of vertically, making it impossible to see all that has been typed without scrolling across.
