The conversion from Pdf to word was the smoothest I've seen. There are very few errors. AMAZING! After reviewing the document I noticed that the conversion dropped the letter F. If there were two f's in a word the conversion dropped one of them.

It is very user friendly. I do not like that you have to use the eraser to delete text but otherwise it is way better than other programs I tried. I am also having problems opening pdf filler links on my business account because it goes to my personal account every time because it's on the same computer. I will call customer to fix the problem.
