Easy of use and no software to download. Cloud storage is great my documents are all stored where I know they are for future modifications. Worry about encryption and security of stored documents but most of my work is not confidential so that is one reason I use it.

I have always had difficulty with filling out a form on line, whether that be saving or having the fields stay filled out if I did not complete the form at that time.
