I really like that PDFfiller is a very user friendly and employs a lot of the same standard editing tools commonly found in simple office software like Microsoft Word. It's a great step up from the standard Acrobat Reader and also has an easier learning curve than some of the more advanced Adobe PDF products. Being able to sign documents electronically is another strong feature.
What do you dislike?
When I edit a document that has more than one page, I am unable to perform a copy and paste across multiple pages, which is a bit annoying when trying to standardize items across one document. Saving documents is also very easy. We can save the document to any one of my computer folders or a cloud storage account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that PDFfiller is a very effective and easy-to-use PDF editor and converter. For the price and functionality, it's definitely worth checking out, in my opinion.

Since we often deal with many types of text documents, especially Word documents, PDFfiller has really helped to enable conversions of Word documents to PDF, which are more ideal for certain things like printing. We can also convert PDF files to Word, which greatly reduces our need to perform time-consuming typing. In general, PDFfiller has been a great tool for working with PDF files with its intuitive interface and clear functionality.

Great for .pdf that You Need to Edit-PDFfiller is the way to Go! Great for doing 1099s at tax time! Wonderful for use with prefab downloadable boilerplate documents that you purchase from the web. Great storage for being able to go back in and repurpose a saved document for an additional use. Print alignment not always spot on for forms, such as 1099s and you have to play with settings a bit, but overall not too cumbersome.

Great online chat support! Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. Great after-sales support! I recently signed pdfiler demo version to convert a PDF to a word document but for for some reason it didn't work, not the point. Point it, I forgot to cancel my subscription and was billed for the year. I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted pdfiler via the online chat. That answered within 20 seconds and immediately refunded my payment. Really great service - thanks!

What do you like best? It is easy to use - quick to navigate, simple to amend pdf documents What do you dislike? Sometimes not compatible with the pdf you upload, so when saved it hasn't accurately filled in the right boxes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to quickly amend and update documents that clients sends in a pdf format, and also to change into other formats such as word.

cancelled as a gesture of goodwill I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.
