It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

What do you like best?
I like how intuitive PDFfiller works compared to using a typical graphic design application to fill out PDF forms. PDFfiller does a good job at understanding how to format common documents and makes it easy for me to download files after filling them out. I think that the pricing for PDFfiller is very reasonable and the website is designed very professionally.
What do you dislike?
I have been able to use PDFfiller very smoothly in the time that I've used it, but it's not always perfect when it comes to formatting certain documents. I think they are improving all the time though.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend PDFfiller for filling out digital documents, for sure. I think if you compare it to other cloud-based software tools, you'll see that it can work more smoothly with your workflow in many cases.

We work with lots of digital documents, and since it can take a long time to fill them out through printing, writing and scanning, PDFfiller really helps to streamline the document filling and signing process. Everyone on our team that uses PDFfiller was able to start using it without problems pretty quickly.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. Over the top excellent customer service First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Just started using it . Too early, but looks Good! 10/2/2020 I have been using PDFfiller and it is great! I am using my own PDF forms, therefore, I would rather browse the files on my computer rather drag and drop. But this is a personal preference. The drag and drop does work. I am using it to prepare and send contracts to customers and it is well accepted. I have attempted to do this with other popular word processing and spreadsheets and they are very complicated and don't work for me. I like PDFfiller very much.

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store. Kudos!! *** *

All I needed was to fill in 5 W2 2024 forms for church staff, and pdfiller was easy to use. Since I won't be needing it for anything else, I don't want the charge on my card. I will remember pdfiller should a future need arise.
