I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Fantastic customer service For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

Great product and full refund when cancelled before trial ended I took out the trial and paid 2 x €1.25 installments. I used the product which was the best I found especially given you can edit PDFs with it. I cancelled after a few hours and both payments were refunded as promised. I would have been happy to pay a single use fee for this service but the subscription is too much for my once off use case
