There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

Filling PDF files for formal use The product is very easy to use and intuitive, I didn't feel something was missing from my work with the application, in addition, it's global availability is a great advantage. The product offer mainly online editing, which makes it hard in case you wish to work on the flight or just go offline, in addition, the free use is not exactly free as it asks for a payment prior the file conversion.

User-friendly and it saved the first draft so I had time to purchase a trial run of the software in order to save the final version on my PC. Kara provided great tech assistance and… Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.
