I signed up for a year. Now simple edit tool to use erase etc expects me to pay more and doesn't allow those tools. That, IMO is a bit too unfriendly. Allowing me to use for some time and then asking to pay for extended period of time would make sense to me as I would see a value in buying these additional editing tools/

Great customer service I didn't use the service, and my payment was refunded so easily! Most companies are not as willing to offer that level of customer service.

Redundancy occurs when an employer needs to reduce its workforce due to operational changes, such as a reduction in work, business restructuring, or the closure of a workplace. Redundancy is legally defined, and the employer must follow specific procedures to ensure fairness and compliance with employment law.
Make a redundancy plan all the options you've considered before deciding on redundancies. the number of redundancies you're considering. keeping staff informed and supported throughout the process. consulting all employees affected, including those off work, for example on maternity or sick leave.
If your contract doesn't set out your 'normal hours of work' (how many hours each week you need to work), your weekly pay will be worked out as an average. The average will be based on what you earned in the 12 weeks before you were told you'd be made redundant. This includes any commission you made in that time.
Jobs at an organisation might become at risk of redundancy. If you're on a zero-hours contract and legally classed as an employee, employers might offer redundancy. If you're on a zero-hours contract and legally classed as a worker, you are not entitled to redundancy.
If you're aged 41 or over Your employer must give you: 1.5 week's pay for each full year you worked from age 41. 1 week's pay for each full year you worked when you were between 22 and 40. half a week's pay for each year you worked when you were between 17 and 21.
Essentially, it means for every hour worked, someone on a zero-hours contract accrues roughly seven minutes of paid holiday. This rule makes calculating zero-hours holiday entitlement easy – just take 12.07% of the sum of hours worked in a week to arrive at the amount of holiday accrued.
Working backwards from the relevant date, you must add all of the following that apply: 1 and a half week's pay for each full year they were aged 41 years or older. 1 week's pay for each full year they were aged 22 or older, but aged under 41. half a week's pay for each full year they were aged under 22.
A redundancy policy should encompass criteria for employee selection, a consultation process, details on notice periods and severance pay, job search support, an appeals process, a comprehensive communication plan, support measures for remaining employees, and procedures for regular review and updates, all structured
