I'm able to sign, send and receive documents, receipts, invoices, you name it! They have a form for everything, and if they don't, they will find one for you!! This program is easy to use and I love how there is a record kept of everything I send. I don't know how to re-use a form over and over without having to delete whats on it , so I can use it again. Kara was the second chat agent I messaged in this desire to find out what I was doing wrong... which is fine. The first agent was like an operator I assume... finding out what I needed exactly and then transferring me to the right team. Which happened really QUICKLY!! I am NOT used to any online chats actually being able to do anything as fast as this happened today! Much less get an agent that could actually help me... TODAY was the first in a very LOOOONG time! The form was fairly easy to alter and… The form was fairly easy to alter and print. However, I did have a lot of difficulty inserting text into the box below the name of my company. I was not able to make the font different sizes for highlighted text which was even on different lines. I did not make the form the way I would have preferred but I am overall satisfied.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.
