I almost didn't sign up because I felt tricked into using the form thinking it was free. A free form or 2 and I would have signed up 100% no questions. I like that I can erase parts and add text of size and font that I like and move it around so it's where I want it. When I erase part it doesn't cause the rest of the document to move around. It stays put. That is essential when I am editing a document with a puzzle at the bottom.

I love that I can use it on my phone via app and on my desktop laptop. I love how quickly I can signed my documents and also send via email and no when the receiptant downloaded my document. I also like I can faxes as well.

There was a time I need to edit a document and was not able to do so and the customer service was no very helpful.

Customer support was very quick to reply to my issue. I had been charged for my pdf and wanted to cancel as would not use the service enough to justify $96.00. In reply I was told it would be cancelled and the automatic renewal deleted. My only regret is that my money would not be refunded.***** to the charge I had tried (unsuccessfully) to find out how to cancel it. Im either stupid or the instructions werent on line.to easily find.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed. I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature. I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.
