Very professional, highly recommended. I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Highly recommended. Very professional. Lisa Cherry Beaumont of LisaCherryBeaumont.com

PDFiller I love being able to use PDFfiller. It sure makes completing forms much easier and quicker than printing them and writing forms out. Some forms are not able to be saved after filling them in. They save blank. I have to download the form and then save it to a file.

pdfFiller Good for buisness My overall experience with pdfFiller has been a positive one. I would recommend to others in our industry that deal with a lot of forms to connect with customers. The ability to use the pdfFiller for our customers to submit forms that needed editing in the field. The lack of options on the form editor to add buttons and boxes for surveys.

A more founder-friendly alternative to the ROFR is the ROFO—the right of first offer. In a ROFO provision, the ROFO holders have the right to make an offer for the selling shareholder's stake before they can look for third-party offers (a ROFR offer happens after the third-party offer is made).
A right of first refusal is a contractual agreement between two parties that gives one the ability to be the first buyer. This party can match an offer made by a third party and purchase an asset, or they can refuse to match it, in which case the seller can proceed with selling it to that third, or another, party.
In real estate, the right of first refusal is a clause in a contract that gives a prioritized, interested party the right to make the first offer on a house before the owner can negotiate with other prospective buyers.
A right of first refusal – sometimes called a “preemptive right” – is a right provided by contract that gives a party priority to purchase a property if the owner decides to sell. This right may be included in an ownership agreement between two co-owners who are cotenants.
For example, the owner may have to provide the right holder with a 45-day advanced notice. The ROFR contingency may also include an expiration date, so the clause could last for a portion of the contract's term without renewal.
A right of first refusal clause could apply to family members of the property owner. If an owner decides to sell a property, the ROFR stipulates that named relatives, like children or siblings, may have the first opportunity to buy the property and make an offer.
But as straightforward as it sounds on paper, it's not always so straightforward in the real world. Contracts that include an ROFR must be clear and detailed in order to be enforceable. The Supreme Court of South Carolina addressed this issue in the 2023 case Clarke v. Fine Housing, Inc.
This Right of First Refusal to Purchase Real Estate is made on this the ____ day of __________,20____ , by and between ______________________, hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER” and ________________________, and his/her assigns, hereinafter referred to as the “PURCHASER”.
