With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.

What do you like best?
I like how the service is not that expensive and there's a lot of functionality and they keep upgrading their features.
What do you dislike?
They could improve the user interface to be more user friendly in some ways.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm able to have my clients sign documents by just emailing them the link and if they make a mistake, they can always open up the link and sign again.

One of the better document editing apps available Allows you to go completely paperless. Create pdf files from Excel, Word, etc. Merge or split different files. Offers electronic signatures. Easy to operate. Can track if the document has been viewed. The app does what it says it does but in order to use more advanced features and options, the cost can get expensive.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great service and they got my refund and account canceled quickly. Thank you to ***** from support

A proposal can turn into a legally-binding contract, but the language of the contract doesn't have to read like a proposal. A proposal becomes a legally binding contract if you've instructed your client to abide by the terms of the proposal, sign it, date it, and send you funds.
A proposal is not a legally binding document, but rather a starting point to align on exactly what you'll deliver. A contract is a legally binding agreement required to officially kick off a business relationship with a client.
Is a signed roofing proposal a contract? This is a good question! The proposal is not a legally binding contract. Instead, it's more of a suggestion or plan for your roofing project.
How to write a contract agreement in 7 steps. Determine the type of contract required. Confirm the necessary parties. Choose someone to draft the contract. Write the contract with the proper formatting. Review the written contract with a lawyer. Send the contract agreement for review or revisions.
In essence, because a proposal is usually a one-sided offer, which a client can either agree to or refuse, it does not classify as a contract. On the flip side, legal contracts have the mutual agreement of all parties involved, making them two-sided.
Roofing contract basics. Contact information. Include the names, phone numbers, addresses, insurance companies, and any other relevant information of both the roofers and the clients. Scope of work. Payment. Warranties. Termination clause. Insurance or contingency. Lien release. Compliance.
The consumer should call the roofing company and ask to speak to the owner or manager and nicely tell them they have changed their minds and would like to cancel the deal without paying a cancellation fee. If the company agrees, put it in writing and the homeowner is out of the deal.
