It was easy to use, my one complaint would be exporting one document at a time was time consuming. Wish I could have selected all documents to export one time.

In my line of work (payroll) it's a lot easier to be able to fill out some of the paperwork that I need to send to employees/managers and attach it via email instead of handwriting it and scan it to them.

Maybe I haven't found it, but it would help if there was a way to stop the fillable areas from snapping to each other. I had to figure out work-arounds for a lot of them.

What do you like best?
I like that you can save the template for a certificate of insurance or an application and send it out that way. It still saves it as new but also creates the new Document.
What do you dislike?
The same feature that I love so much, isn’t quite as easy to navigate on the App. It’s super easy on the full online version though.

The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

I have been trying to cancel my… I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel. I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. Thank you pdffiller for taking the time to hear my problem and helping finally find a resolution.

Excellent, efficient, immediate, professional service by *********. Very impressed with th level and quality of handling my request for refund as I only had to use the service one time, but let the "Free Trial" time frame lapse. The subscription charge was immediately refunded on the day it was debited for a one year subscription.

Typically, a royalty agreement is used when an inventor wants to license their intellectual property rights so that another party can manufacture and sell their invention. Both parties must agree on an appropriate royalty rate – a payment that the licensee will make to the licensor on a regular basis.
The company sells an upfront lump sum payment in exchange for a percentage of their future revenues, typically for a period of five to seven years. The royalty payments are made periodically, usually monthly or quarterly.
Examine the industry standards for similar royalty agreements and adjust ingly. Structure the royalty to be based on either a one-time fee or a percentage of sales. Negotiate with the licensee to reach a mutually-agreeable rate. Document the agreement in writing and have both parties sign off on the terms.
Examples of Royalties For instance, an agreement between a publisher and writer might be that the author receives 15% on net sales of hardbacks and 7.5% on net sales of paperbacks. Franchises are another example where royalties are used.
Arithmetically, royalty (on sales) can be expressed as: Royalty = Payment-to-licensor/Product-sales-price.
Typically, a royalty agreement is used when an inventor wants to license their intellectual property rights so that another party can manufacture and sell their invention. Both parties must agree on an appropriate royalty rate – a payment that the licensee will make to the licensor on a regular basis.
Royalties paid on the retail price are fairly simple to calculate, and unless, the retail price of the book changes (which does happen), retail royalties are locked in. Average retail royalties fall in the 10% - 15% range on Hardcover sales, and 5% - 7.5% on Trade Paperback sales, generally.
