Liking it so far. But when I'm using the eraser, line, or other tool, it automatically changes back to text add mode after saving the change I've made rather than staying with the eraser, line drawer, etc. If you did it this way b/c more users keep erasing, adding lines, highlights, etc when they intend to make only one change and start typing then nevermind. I would rather it stay with the eraser, highlighter, etc. and I'll switch back to adding text when I'm ready to do so. Hope that helps.

Works great with laptop, but Was time consuming and difficult to work on IPad. Had to switch to my laptop in order to speed up the process and complet the job.

Does what I need, the only thing is, it can be confusing when you try to log in, it takes you to another page instead of your actual account page so I have to search for something else to get to it, or I may just haven't located how yet, still good for what I need done.

What do you like best? I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!! What do you dislike? Absolutely nothing! And I am not a company shill, just impressed! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not your fault Not your fault, but I need my "original signature" on the form for the form to be accepted. I was sooo excited that, during this whole COVID-19 isolation I could get this document notarized here! Ugh... Ridiculous. I may try it anyway as the delay in getting this done the way their website says they want it will be more ridiculous after my quarantine....hmmmm
