What do you like best? We use the sign now feature the most and it is very helpful to be able to edit forms. What do you dislike? Maybe add a feature to also compress files and work with a scanner; so we can scan documents right into the software. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. This is an excellent product/service… This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a chromebook and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding.
