Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,

ease of use could be a little better The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back. It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.

I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.
