Positive review It is so much easier to get my scholarships done. I hate writing on my scholarships, so I was having to completely retype the application which was taking time from me filling them out.One suggestion would be to do a student discount, like in my case using it for scholarships. A way to do this could be they have to enter there school and get a school code from someone and then that could verify they are a student so the company is not getting taken advantage of.

Good overall experience pdfFiller does have a robust feature set for all document needs and the user interface was pleasant to use and mostly intuitive. I believe that a market for single users is far less likely since a normal user would not require most of the features that pdfFiller has to offer and they would probably not use the paid version. I would give 5-stars but you have to sign up in order to download your PDFS/Docs, i would recommend that you allow at least 2 Docs to be edited and downloaded before requiring sign-up.

Honesty and integrity are not something… Honesty and integrity are not something I align with online trial subscription. Most will hope you forget so they can charge you anyway. But PDFfilIer holds to a higher standard. I am NOT an employee forced to write a review. This for real just happened like 10 minutes ago. I signed up for a trial to complete a job for my employer. Forgot to cancel before the trial ended. I don't make much, so $96 was a hit I wasn't expecting or able to pay. Support had already approved and completed the refund and cancelation of my subscription before I had even finished explaining my situation to the rep in chat (Aiden). The email came from "Sarah from PDFfiller" explaining that it was taken care of while I was still chatting with the rep. I was expecting a battle. Now I expect to either sign up with PDFfiller when I have a more consistent need or get my boss to pay for the service. The platform was quick and easy to navigate. Based solely on this experience, I would recommend this platform if you are in need of creating these types of documents. The only thing I would change is that I couldn't find my payment options in my account info to see what card was used. Nor could I find an avenue to change my payment options.

Be Prepared to Propose Seller Financing You could say, for example, "My offer is full price with 20% down, seller financing for $350,000 at 6%, amortized over 30 years with a five-year balloon loan. If I don't refinance in two to three years, I will increase the rate to 7% in years four and five."
In general, owner-financed interest rates in Texas tend to stay at around 8% or higher. This can be slightly higher than the rate set by traditional lenders. However, it's important to remember the advantages of owner-financing that make this higher rate worth it.
For example, if the purchase price is $5,000,000 and the seller is willing to finance 50% of the purchase price, the buyer puts down $2,500,000 and makes monthly payments on the remainder until the remaining balance of the seller note is paid in full.

In most cases, owner financing is a short-term arrangement, lasting five to 10 years (compared to 30 years for a traditional mortgage). And in some cases, the buyer may need to make an upfront deposit.
