I was having problems with not just completing the forms but also with abtaining my information, the young man with online chat help was such a blessing to me. Being a disable veteran some of theis computer stuff if a bit upsetting but Ralph helped me.
I used the program and was happy with the software and results. However, due to my own oversight I inadvertently made an annual purchase which I would not be in need of. It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use the different functionalities. Your "how to" guides focus on "push this button, then this" but are not focused on the end product (i.e. " how do you create a XXXX")

It does the job to edit documents to avoid printing and scanning official documents.
I was impressed that I could place the cursor and be able to edit any online document. This enabled me to print or send a document without having to print ad scan the document.
It was difficult lining up the cursor or lining up where I could input information on the document. I would have appreciated a tutorial that was available at the beginning of the trial or purchase.
