Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. Perfect for paperwork My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient. I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome. I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.

It does what it is supposed to do It does what it is supposed to do. I don't like having to put the 4 digit code in.....maybe that is just for trial??? Easier than Adobe.
