My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

Ease with which any preprinted form can be filled out and then printed.

Not much to dislike but if anything, the step of sending the finished document to the printer could be simplified.

We are able to scan certain forms used for billing on various projects and simply change the numbers monthly and quickly print out the new monthly invoices.

Plan to keep using PDFFILLER does everything I need it to do for my business: quick edits, templates and storage. Some workflow improvements could be made to save clicks and therefore time. A "Must have" business software. I am a partner in a CPA firm. We regularly receive emails loaded with "pdf" attachments. It's a pain to open and print each one. I have trouble using the pdffiller on my laptop, I can not upload b/c the screen is not wide enough to get to the click button. I can on my desktop when I go into the office. Sometimes the app does not give me the ability to save or download - I have to play with it back in forth before it will save as a fillable file. But my biggest issue is using my laptop when I work remotely and I have to use it. Thanks for inquiry and the survey to give me the opportunity to voice a concern.
