I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! If you call their phone # and have a wait, just leave your number. They will actually call you back ASAP the same day. Found that out with surprise!! Wanted to cancel my subscription. No problem she said. Got an email on that the very next day. The only reason I cancelled is the 4-page form I needed to type out is just once a year. Loved the selection of type styles and sizes. Made it a pleasure to fill in.

It makes pdf documents manageable !! Everyone has some reason to love it! You have to need it for every day utilization to deserve to buy. You can do anything on a pdf document. Of course the basic features as to sign, insert date and page number. Highlight words, insert marks, cyrcle a word or an item.Insert an image easily. More specific features: eraser tool, text box, drop down menu (for someone to choose from) and verification of the document! All languages are supported. The cost is quite salty.. and the history version is missing. Page scroll down is a bit unconvinient that wastes me time in large documents..

No single docs (only trial). Unable to split the file. Despite having a free trial it would be nice to edit and download a single document. This only confuses people and catches you if you forget or are unsuccefull with cancelling within 30 days. I used this site to edit an evacuation plan and it was very easy to do, tools are good. However even with help of customer support still not able to split the plan for seperate sections of a building. I had to rewrite the pdf but I didn't make the plan myself. Overall decent tool for free 30 days but can be better.

What do you like best? I love the fact that we can collect uploads AND money through filled PDFS What do you dislike? The entire site is very confusing and we have a hard time understanding where our active sheets are located within the site. We see things like "documents" and then we make a new template ... then lose which template is live and which one isn't. I also don't care for the fact that we cannot choose to have ZERO color in the field that the customer sees for filling in and I would love to be able to disable the "lock to grid" feature that is clearly on at all times. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend reading through the site, reading through all the tutorials you can and getting very organized about what you are going to do before getting started. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We no longer have to deal with faxing our documents to customers to fill out, sign and fax back. We just tell them to go to our website . They are also so much more likely to complete the entire process including sending us pictures that we require and we no longer lose the pictures or get confused as to where everything is.
