This program is awesome. Not only does it solve the problem of not being able to type on pdfs, you can also sign a form that is on your desktop computer on your phone. Amazing.

Responsive and good solution The customer service agent was responsive to my needs and exceeded my expectations in terms of solution. Also short wait time on the customer service chat.

As a landlord in a 2-family house, it's easy to create a lease. However, it's impossible to alter standard terms and conditions - this is a drawback.

I have trouble using the pdffiller on my laptop, I can not upload b/c the screen is not wide enough to get to the click button. I can on my desktop when I go into the office. Sometimes the app does not give me the ability to save or download - I have to play with it back in forth before it will save as a fillable file. But my biggest issue is using my laptop when I work remotely and I have to use it. Thanks for inquiry and the survey to give me the opportunity to voice a concern.

FAQs

There are three types of software development contracts – Fixed Price, Time & Material (T&M), and Dedicated Team.
Time and Materials Contracts (T&M) This is one of the most widely used contract types. It means that you pay for the number of hours a software engineer works on your project. In this case, the emphasis is on high-quality development rather than specific deadlines. One of the most straightforward types of contracts.
SOWs will commonly include a high-level project plan including: Software team composition. Roles and responsibilities. Estimated budget and schedule. High-level phases or milestones. High-level descriptions of deliverables.
Tl;dr: experienced U.S. developers have an asking price of about $60-$100+ per hour while non-U.S. developers, depending on where they're from, set their hourly rates to about $40-60.
As a tech contractor, you are typically self-employed and work on a temporary basis for a pre-determined (contracted) period of time. This is different from being an employee on payroll and working for an indefinite period — until you quit, or your employment is terminated.
Contractors get paid more: Since contractors are hired on a short-term basis for specific jobs that they specialize in, their rates are higher. They also handle their own taxes, marketing expenses, and health care needs, which enables them to quote higher charges.
If contractors are the ones handling the on-site and hands-on, real estate developers are the ones handling the off-site. Instead of hammering nails, installing appliances and the like, real estate developers handle the planning, designing, legal and zoning compliance, and much more.
A software contractor typically specializes in a specific area of development or technology. They're often hired to complement the skills of the existing team or to expedite project timelines.
