Works well, but not sure why you create a page that cannot be scanned and sent to the IRS on the first part of the form. If this is not legal or usable why have it?

PDFfiller is great, but other free options are just as good I love the ease of use. I have to fill out a ton of PDF files and it really made my life easier. I don't like that it costs money. I'd rather deal with ads then pay. There are plenty of other options out there that are free and just as easy to use.

All recommendation letters must be attached prior to submitting. Recommendation letters have the same deadline as the overall application. That means you must submit recommendation letters with your application before the deadline. There is no grace period.
Reporting Test Scores You can also have official scores sent to Stanford, but this is not required for us to review your application. We will review applications using either self-reported or official scores.
Any GRE and TOEFL exams must be taken by the application deadline, so that we will receive them within two weeks of the deadline. All letters of recommendation must be received within two weeks of the deadline.
All recommendations must be submitted using the online application system as recommenders are required to respond to specific evaluation questions on the recommendation form. Letters of recommendation cannot be mailed, emailed, faxed, or submitted through a letter service (with the exception of Interfolio).
Recommenders are strongly encouraged to submit their letters by the deadline, but will still be able to submit after the posted date. The application deadline is provided to recommenders in the Letter of Recommendation Request email.
Recommenders may upload letters after the program deadline. We will add their letters to your application for review as soon as they arrive. Some programs begin reviewing applications right away, so it is best for recommenders to submit letters as soon as they are able.
When is the application deadline? The application system will close at PM PST on the application deadline (last day of the application window). For current deadlines, please refer to the Important Deadlines page for the current admissions cycle. Late applications will not be accepted.
The general prompt for the recommendation letter is: Please write candidly about the applicant's qualifications, potential to carry on advanced study in the field specified, intellectual independence, capability for analytical thinking, ability to organize and express ideas clearly, and potential for teaching.
